Our VIP Gold personal training program is designed for the individual that
wants no guesswork on their nutrition. We have partnered with a top-flight chef in San Antonio that specializes in preparing delicious healthy meals designed to meet the nutrient ratios that we request based on your tailored nutrition program. In addition to three personal training sessions per week, our VIP Gold personal training program includes 4 meals per day for 6 days per week (96 meals per month - one day per week is a free eating/cheat day). Each meal is perfectly designed to meet your dietary requirements determined by your personal trainer. Due to the difficulty in preserving most breakfast foods, we give you easy to follow suggestions for breakfast to ensure that you are eating at least 5 meals per day.
