One on One Personal Training Programs
Unfortunately, this field is littered with sub-par personal trainers who aren't willing to do what it takes to provide you with the best results and be willing to go that extra mile and give their clients all the tools (knowledge and support) they need to succeed. Our goal is to not only change your body while we're together, but to also provide you with the knowledge to train on your own once your time with me has passed. You deserve a professional - the right personal trainer can make all of the difference in the world and you will get what you pay for. Don't settle for a sub-par amateur personal trainer.
All training packages include:
-Complete nutritional guidance at no extra cost (some trainers charge up to $250 per month for this, while places like LA Weight Loss and Jenny Craig charge over $2000).
-Private training in the comfort of a well equipped studio (click here for a video tour and a map.)
-Regular assessment and program modification to keep you on track
-Unlimited coaching via phone calls, email, or IM
Program Options
-The Extreme Makeover (12-15 Week Packages)
These are our most popular personal training packages - you choose either a 12 or 15 Week All-Out Fitness Program in which you'll meet with your personal trainer 3 times per week. These are the recommended programs for those who are ready to radically change their body, and are ready to commit at least 3 consecutive months to doing so. This fitness program is the most involved, and with your dedication, will provide you with a completely different body. 36 Session Program (example: 3x a week/12 weeks) ------ $2700
45 Session Program (example: 3x a week/15 weeks) ------ $3330
-The Ultimate Transformation Packages (6-12 month Packages)
In reality, many individuals can make amazing progress in 12-15 weeks of consistent training while practicing healthy nutritional habits. Others will choose to go beyond "amazing progress" and will be determined to reach their maximum fitness potential, whether it be their lowest possible body fat, reach their absolute natural potential for muscle gain or strength, or even prepare for a bodybuilding for fitness related competition. To make it simple - you bring us a picture of the body you want, and this is the program that will give you the highest possibility of making that happen.
144 Session Program (example: 3x a week x 12 months) ---- $9650
108 Session Program (example: 3x a week x 9 months) ----- $7450
72 Session Program (example: 3x a week x 6 months) ------ $5115
-The Body Works (2 Months)
8-Week Fitness Program in which you'll meet with your personal trainer 3 times per week - this is ideal for those who are preparing for a competition, a wedding, or a vacation. Contact Personal Fitness Revolution to determine which program is right for you.
24 Session Program (example: 3x a week x 8 weeks) ------ $1825
-Complete Body Makeover (6 Weeks)
6-Week Personal Fitness Program in which you'll meet with your personal trainer 1, 2, or 3 times a week depending upon your goals and time available to exercise. This fitness program is only for people who are serious about their goals and are ready to reshape their body, increase their strength, and eliminate that unwanted body fat! 18 Session Program (example: 3x a week x 6 weeks) ------ $1400
12 Session Program (example: 2x a week x 6 weeks) ------ $945
6 Session Program (example: 1x a week x 6 weeks) -------- $500
-Get Back On Track (1-3 Sessions)
Maybe you just need a few sessions with a personal trainer to get you back on track... That's what this training program is all about. This introductory program is for individuals with some previous exercise experience who just need that extra push to get started. Contact Personal Fitness Revolution to get started.
3 one on one/individual sessions ------------ $255
In some situations we are able to offer 30 minute sessions. Typically, this is for the novice exerciser or other extreme cases.
Number of personal training sessions per week is for example purposes only. There is no time limit to complete sessions, and the total number of sessions can be used over a time frame that works best for you as an individual (for example, 36 sessions could be 18 weeks of 2 sessions per week or 10 weeks of 3 sessions per week and 3 weeks with 2 sessions per week).

We have extensive backgrounds in training for bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions, football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, track and field, golf, cycling, marathons and any other sport you may be interested in.
